Antique and Vintage watches by their very nature have lived long lives, they like us are prone to the signs of time passing by, some have face lifts others show their years. Preservation and restoration are two fundamental apposing approaches to watch collecting. Opinions are subjective, as are prices and quality, I will state only what I observe in a stoic like fashion with out giving bias to either choice the watches have experienced during their lives.
